(c) We will provide an estimated delivery date when we confirm your order. (d) We will endeavor to supply the Products on the estimated delivery date but cannot guarantee it. (e) If delivery to your nominated address is not possible, we will inform you and arrange for cancellation or delivery to an alternative address. (f) You are responsible for being available to receive the Products. (g) Local, inter-state, and international orders will be processed and shipped according to our procedures. (h) We will nominate a carrier for delivery. (i) The carrier will deliver the Products to the address specified in your order. (j) You appoint the carrier to be your agent for taking delivery. (k) We are not liable for delivery delays due to reasons beyond our control.

(a) You must inspect the Products as soon as reasonably practicable upon delivery. (b) Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy. (c) Products not dealt with according to our Returns Policy are deemed accepted.
