Return Policy

At San Leucio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for worn items or items where the label has been removed.
  • Returns are not accepted after 14 days unless the item is faulty.
  • Please note that some fabrications may have natural discolorations.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. We will process your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
